The room was spacious enough for our family of three and had a nice balcony. The staff members were very polite and helpful, especially Emin Bey. The hotel also had a perfect location, with easy access to key attractions and a peaceful atmosphere that allowed for a relaxing getaway.
We had a negative experience with one of the technical staff members. Our hair dryer in the room wasn't working, and while it was eventually replaced, the technical guy exhibited rude behavior and displayed an unprofessional attitude towards both guests and colleagues.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to travel to the main areas of Istanbul for my conference. the IST airport is easily accessible from here in the afternoon, saving me time and hassle. Another plus is its proximity to Taksim Square, which allowed me to explore the city's vibrant atmosphere during my downtime. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay for me. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for my needs as it was near the main area of Istanbul that I needed to get to for a conference. Additionally, it was conveniently located near metro stations, making transportation around the city easy. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Serkan who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The breakfast offered was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

The staffs were extremely nice, serving Turkish hot coffee as a welcome gift and giving a free magnetic souvenir upon departure. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is convenient for bus stops and highways. Highly recommended for everyone.
